Artful Journey to Common Ground
A Panel Discussion

Saturday, November 26, 2022
1:00 p.m. – 2:30 p.m.

Finding Common Ground in an Uncommon World explores important issues currently affecting our world. These issues can negatively impact our relationships and because of this, cause strife. Let us explore the benefits of finding common ground in order to heal these wounds and bring about change.

I think we would all agree the world will be a better place if we can learn to get along. Live and let live; equality for all; peace and harmony; do unto others as you would have others do unto you. This exhibit brings awareness in hopes of necessitating change. It’s up to us to do our part to make this a more colorful, vibrant world in which to exist.

Artist’s Interpretations

Through the use of various mediums, artist’s will present their interpretations of how people may be affected by the turmoil.

Focusing on similarities will begin to remove discord and bring harmony back into our lives, thus making our world more harmonious. Here’s my thoughts…

My Artist Statement

Food and nature nourish the body and soul and are excellent catalysts for bringing people together.  We all require sustenance to survive and food is a powerful commodity that unites us as a whole. Nature has proven to make us happier just by being in it for even short periods of time or viewing it in art. As long as we have the ability to provide our families and communities with nourishment and have access to nature we are on common ground and can retain harmony in this beautiful world we call home.

We are a world distracted yet we have the ability to bring focus back to what really matters.

Hope you will attend this powerful show!
